Holly is a Partner with the firm and concentrates her practice in the areas of health care regulatory, transactional, and administrative law. Holly regularly represents ambulance providers, hospitals and health systems, long-term care providers, home health agencies, substance use disorder treatment facilities, adult day, rehabilitation agencies, and various other providers. She has extensive experience in the areas of certificate of need, licensure and certification, state and federal regulatory compliance, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, changes of ownership, HIPAA, and other issues that impact clients’ operations and appears regularly before administrative agencies. She is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell.
